Updating Data in View Results Page

Outdated data can result in missed opportunities and costly buying mistakes. The View Results page in Tactical Arbitrage gives you the power to stay on top of the latest stock levels, prices, and fees by regularly updating your data.

In this article, we’ll walk you through the process of updating data on the View Results page, ensuring you stay ahead of market changes and make the most profitable sourcing decisions.

To update the data, click the orange Update Data button, and A drop-down menu will display.

You’ll see 4 options by clicking on the Update Data button:

Update Source Prices
Update Adjusted Prices
Update Amazon Data
Update All Data

Let's talk about each of the options below.

Update Source Prices

Clicking this button will update the source price ensuring you have the most current source prices for every product in the table.

This menu item is not available on the Wholesale View Results page.

Tactical Arbitrage visits the source of each product and checks the price. If a different price is found, it is presented in the table.

Updating Adjusted Prices

Get the current adjusted price information for every product in the table. The adjusted price is your net buy cost after discounts as well as cashback and giftcard rebates. The adjusted price is used to calculate the gross ROI for each product.

This tool is very handy if you come across a new special discount or offer. For example, you learn that a company is offering a 10% cashback rate for a limited time. You can then update the adjusted price by:

Click Update Adjusted Price. A new panel displays.
Add new information to one, some, or all of the fields in the Update Adjusted Prices panel.
Click Update or Update All Entries.
