Why is the campaign preview showing me the wrong data for my campaigns?

When you are previewing your email inside the campaign manager,  it may show product information that is different from any SKU/ASIN(s) you are actually targeting.  But, when the actual email is sent, it will provide the correct information based on the order for your campaign.


If you want to view the actual email for a particular order, then you can do so from the Orders page.



Check the box on the left side of the Order(s) and then click the top left box with the upside down arrow to bring a dropdown menu.  Choose “Send email” Then choose a template.

Then click on “Preview” to see the actual content of the email.
