This article shows you how to save a search filter. You also learn how to recall that file and reuse those settings in future searches.
Saving search filters is a nifty time-saving tool. In an era of short attention spans and declining cognitive function, who can remember all those details like preferred discount rates. Create a file of your favorite filter thresholds and you're ready to launch a new search anytime lickety-split.
1. Saving Filter Settings
- Go to the Product Search page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Locate the box called Save current set up as.
- Enter a name in the box.
- Click SAVE.
2. Using a saved filter
You can import and reuse saved filter settings.
- Go to the Product Search page.
- Locate Use Saved Filters.
- Click the field beside Use Saved Filters. A drop-down menu displays.
- Select the filter you want to use.
- The file name appears in the Use Saved Filters box.
To remove a saved file from the filter box, click the CLEAR FILTERS button.
