Activating your account

  1. Create your FeedbackWhiz account here:  Register your account 
  2. Enter your email address or continue with Google/Apple.

  3. Click "Continue with email"
  4. Check your email for a "Welcome to Feedbackwhiz" email and click "Activate Account"

  5. You will be redirected to Feedbackwhiz Amazon Account Setup Screen
  6. Add the Account by referring to Add marketplace

  7. If successful, you will see under Marketplace Settings display: "Connected"
  8. A list of marketplaces available in your region will appear.
    To start importing data for each marketplace, click the "enable" button.
    Checking the "set default box" will display that marketplaces as the default when you log in.

  9. Once your marketplaces are enabled, your orders will start importing and it can take up to few hours for all the orders to fetch depending on the number of orders you have.
  10. A notification will be sent out when the first 30 days of orders are imported and an additional notification will be sent when all your orders are ready.

You can set up your Seller Central Integration in order for FeedbackWhiz to sync your "Positive" seller feedback.
