To get in touch with our Customer Service team, simply follow the steps below.
1. From the SellerRunning Homepage, go to the bottom and click on the ‘Help’ section.
2. When you click on the Help link, you can select one of the reasons for contacting our Customer Service team by searching by subject in the relevant box.

3. For example, if you have a question about your subscription, you can type subscription in the search field.
4. After writing your reason for contact, if you want to send an attachment or document about the subject, you can upload your file attachment to the upload file section by scrolling down the page.
Once you have finished uploading, you can submit your request for help to our customer service team by clicking send. After conducting the relevant research, our customer service team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
