We're constantly analyzing Amazon's data, reviewing Amazon's Reimbursement Policies, and updating our algorithms to make sure we recover everything you're owed!
We cover over 50+ scenarios for reimbursements
We'll analyze all of your storefront data in the last 18 months (maximum allowed by Amazon's Reimbursement Policies) to make sure we catch every mistake, and get you reimbursed.
What kind of reimbursement claims do you cover?
At a high level, it's easiest to understand how we analyze every step of the FBA Product Life Cycle:
- Sending your products to FBA (FBA Inbound Shipments)
- FBA Warehouse Events (Lost, Damaged, Destroyed)
- FBA Fulfillment Fees (Add-On with Fee Protector)
- FBA Refunds and Returns
- FBA Removal Orders (Coming soon!)
Learn more about each category below.
1) Sending your products to FBA (FBA Inbound Shipments)
We'll make sure Amazon properly receives all of your inventory at their fulfillment centers by checking to make sure that all of your items that were shipped in your shipment plan, are fully received by Amazon's warehouses. We take a look at:
- Amazon didn't receive all of your items, and they are missing from your shipment.
- Amazon incorrectly recorded overages, and recorded more inventory received than you sent.
- Amazon closed your shipment, and lost the entire shipment.
- ...and more!
Already manage your FBA Inbound Shipments inhouse? No problem! You can set customizable settings to make sure we work with your current processes (by using us as a safety net to catch older ones you may have missed), or disable shipment claims on your account altogether. You can set your settings in your Reimbursement Recovery Settings.
2) FBA Warehouse Events (Lost, Damaged, Destroyed)FBA Fulfillment Fees (Add-On with Fee Protector)
When Amazon is storing and transferring your inventory at their fulfillment center, they make lots of mistakes. They may lose, damage, or destroy your goods without your permission. Though they should reimburse you when they make mistakes, this doesn't happen consistently.
- Amazon lost items in the warehouse over 30 days ago, and hasn't reimbursed you (or found the inventory)
- Amazon damaged items in the warehouse over 30 days ago, and hasn't reimbursed you
- Amazon destroyed items without your permission, and hasn't reimbursed you
- Overall reconciliation of your inventory levels reveals discrepancies
- Transactional reconciliation of inventory adjustments
- ...and more!
Our data rich dashboard will always show you our analysis for each claim, so that you know exactly why we filed that claim. You can always review in-depth details of each claim on the Claims Opened page.
3) FBA Fulfillment Fees (Add-On with Fee Protector)
Note: This is only available with an active Fee Protector subscription, which is available as an add-on service.
When Amazon is fulfilling your FBA orders, they use item dimensions and weights stored on their databases that may be wildly inaccurate. This could lead to vast overcharges on your pick and pack fees! With an active Fee Protector subscription, we can help you get your item details corrected, so that we can file for reimbursement claims on overcharged FBA fees on your past orders.
4) Monitoring your FBA Refunds and Returns - Customers
Amazon's Customer Service is great - it saves you and your team tons of time, and buyers get immediate resolutions for most issues. But when Amazon issues a refund, they can be held accountable to make sure that the customer behaves appropriately. We'll monitor all of your refunds and returns to find discrepancies like:
- Amazon refunded the customer, but there is no return and it has been over 45 days
- Amazon refunded the customer because the item arrived late, but this was an FBA order
- Amazon refunded the customer, and there was a return, but the wrong item was returned
- Amazon refunded the customer because the item was damaged in transit by the carrier
- Amazon refunded the customer, but there was no return, and Amazon's reimbursement was too small
- ...and more!
5) FBA Removal Orders (Coming soon!)
Sometimes, Amazon can send you the wrong item in your removal order, or it's clear that the customer has abused the Amazon Returns Policy. We make it easy for your team to get reimbursed for Amazon's mistakes. We're busy working on a tool to help you and your warehouse team easily document, and file claims for damaged FBA returns that were removed to your location from FBA warehouses. Interested in a beta?
