Tracking your Case Manager's Work

You'll always have access to a dynamic dashboard, where you'll have all the data you need to understand what your Case Manager is currently working on, and analyze details of previous claims.

Viewing your Opened Claims

Once your Case Manager has started filing reimbursement claims for you, you can track progress of each claim on the Claims Opened page. Here you'll see all cases that are still being worked on (Pending), and cases that have been resolved (Successful).

View your Opened Claims

You can also click the magnifying glass icon on the right to view more details of each claim, where you'll find:

  • Audit Analysis : We'll outline the data sources we used to substantiate our claim (eg, why we submitted the claim)
  • Case History: Over time, we'll submit many claims for a particular SKU to address the many different types of discrepancies. You can always view the context for each claim in Case History.
