I Am Unable to Login to InventoryLab

InventoryLab login was added to Threecolts Single Sign On on July 8, 2024. Logging in is different depending on if you already had a Threecolts account with the same InventoryLab email address.

I never had a Threecolts account with my InventoryLab email address

If you never had a Threecolts account, one was created for you. Your InventoryLab password will be the same as before, and you should be able to log in as normal under the new InventoryLab sign in page.

If not, follow the tips below:

First things first - please make sure you are signing into a compatible browser. If you attempt to sign on with an incompatible browser, you will receive an error message that your account does not exist.

InventoryLab is currently supported on:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari 
  • Microsoft Edge

Note: InventoryLab is not compatible with Internet Explorer.

Next, check to make sure your Caps Lock isn't pressed by mistake. Please also be sure there are no additional spaces before or after your email address/password since this can also cause an issue.

If your device or browser is able to save your password, make sure it's using the most up-to-date password. 

Last but not least, use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. This will change both your InventoryLab and Threecolts password.

Note: If you attempt to sign in using false credentials seven times in the span of one minute, your account will be locked for 30 minutes for security purposes.  If this happens, you can log in right away by resetting your password.


I had a Threecolts account with my InventoryLab email address

If you already had a Threecolts account using the same email as your InventoryLab email address, these accounts were merged. In this case, you will use your Threecolts account password to log in to InventoryLab under the new InventoryLab sign in page.

If you forgot your password,use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. This will change both your InventoryLab and Threecolts password.

If you have any questions or run into issues after changing your password, please reach out to Threecolts Support and include the email address that was used for your InventoryLab account as well as your Amazon Merchant ID.


I had a Threecolts account with a different email address than my InventoryLab account

If you already had a Threecolts account using a different email than your InventoryLab account, these accounts were not merged. You will continue to use your InventoryLab email address and password and follow the steps under I never had a Threecolts account with my InventoryLab email address.


I'm not seeing my InventoryLab data in my account or I'm being asked to bind a new Amazon account

If you're not seeing your data or you're being asked to rebind your account, it's possible you have another InventoryLab account under your Threecolts login. Navigate to the Organization Selector and choose the correct InventoryLab account.

Once you select the correct organization, it will default to this one upon logging into InventoryLab.
