In order to help you manage your FBA product dimensions, weights, and fulfillment fees, we'll need to have a source of truth for your actual item packaging dimensions. The dimensions you upload should be the measurements of the individual item as it is shipped to FBA.

How to confirm your true measurements on SellerBench
There are two methods:
1) Review One-by-One
If you have a light catalog, you can use our interface to accept, or update, your true measurements for each SKU. You can edit each value, and click 'Accept' to confirm your dimensions.
Your best sellers will be listed first, so you can prioritize your most important SKUs.
2) Bulk Update
If you have a large catalog of products, you're best off using our Bulk Upload tool. We'll provide an easy template for you to download, which has Amazon's current measurements for you to compare with your own. Once you have updated the template, save it, and upload it onto the Bulk Upload tool to update your true dimensions in one go.
