I stopped receiving alerts, what do I do?

There might be several reasons for that

  • If you have been receiving Bindwise Alerts and suddenly stopped getting notifications please check your Bindwise account, Billing page for any issues.
  • Your Bindwise account comes with a daily alerts quota. Perhaps you might hit the daily threshold. Take a minute to understand our pricing and their quotas.
  • Ensure you're still added as a contact that receives alerts by visiting the Alerts Settings page in your Bindwise account.
  • More general issues might be: 
    • Your mailbox might be full
    • Your email client started might be blocking alerts coming from Bindwise
