These alerts are delivered in emails titled “Orders you must ship today” and contain the table with order IDs, SKUs and quantities for which the handling time has been missed or coming to an end. All links in the alert are clickable and links will take you straight to the designated section of your Seller Central.
Enable, disable these alerts by visiting Suspension Prevention in your Bindwise Dashboard and toggling “Preventive late shipment warnings” ON or OFF.
Expand on ADVANCED SETTINGS to specify your shipping notifications time (all converted to your local time selected for your Bindwise Account under Preferences.
To stay on top of your inventory and improve your order management, combine late shipment warnings with Out of Stock alerts. Missing your handling time as well as not updating your stock can harm your seller performance metrics, and these alerts can especially come in handy in time of holiday sales.
